Greetings! My name is ShaTiya Catoe. All over my life I have always had the capability and willingness to encourage people, whether in my personal circle or my social circle. I want to attribute my experiences through spoken words to promote better living and healthy thinking.
The Selfish Mindset was inspired by my family. As mental illnesses and the stressors of life begin to manifest, this was confirmation for me to share this journey with you. I want to assist in changing your thinking in addition to increasing hope and love in your life.
It takes 21 days to start a new habit. Create a self care routine to include positive speaking. Setup time for your-self in hopes to find ways for the prevention of stress and frustration plus decrease your worries. Weather your crisis, fear, trauma, pain, blindness, anxiety, discomfort, and uncertainty. Listen to positive affirmations as much as you want, several times a day if you need to. Share them with someone. Let's help each other think better, live fearlessly and freely.
